Orders eligible for fast delivery will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days to local and main areas. If there is an item in your order with an expected delay, this will be specified next to the item at checkout and on the product detail page, which will delay your whole order.

Some rural areas are only serviced once a week by our courier partners, which may delay deliveries to these rural areas by additional days. We share parcel tracking information as soon as the order is packed and ready to ship from our warehouse.

We have a number of payment options to suit you. We currently accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and manual EFT payments through Payfast.

We allow for returns in the case of incorrect delivery. This return will be free of charge to you. If you wish to change your order after it has been delivered the cost will be for the customer’s own account. A 5% transaction fee may be charged.

Yes! On any order to the value of over R800, delivered to any Local or Main areas of South Africa. Or on any order over R1000 Nationally if your area falls outside our Local or Main areas.
